If these balls could talk.

Tom is sharing his passion and respect for baseball in a whole new way. Inspired to honor the game’s legendary and emerging players, Tom found an original purpose for used baseballs: he turns them into artwork.

Removing the full-grain leather covers from official major-league baseballs gives Tom an unusual medium in which to work. He carefully cuts and shapes the hides while preserving the ball’s raised seams. Tom then fashions the material into an artistic element—a uniform number or team logo—that represents a well-known player.

By combining his designs with works by portrait artist Jeff Stone and framing by Frameworks, Tom creates one-of-a-kind art pieces that stir memories and remind us how thrilling baseball can be.
