Tom provides hitting instruction to promising area players who are looking for a competitive edge. He works with individual players as well as entire teams. And he does it all on a volunteer basis for players willing to put in the effort.

He teaches players that working as a team is more important than individual statistics and awards—and that the best part of baseball is having fun with friends.
